From a young age I loved writing, video cameras and educational television!

Naturally, I ended up graduating university with a Bachelor of Arts in Film, Video and New Media from FAU. Afterwards, I spent a few years working in television production before making a transition to working digital media for education. I created educational content for a university and later for fortune 500 companies.

Working in higher education, I noticed that many professors and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) were passionate, but at times had limited resources and training to achieve their goals.

A year and 2,000 educational videos later, my work won a national award and convinced STEM leaders to believe online learning in science is possible.

Professors using 360° videos were up for grants and our department had won a national award for Excellence and Innovation in Online Teaching because of those 360° videos!

However…

I was burned out.

In our situation, success came at the expense of our employees' health. Learning how to create innovative 360° videos was what set us apart, but it was a tall mountain to climb with limited resources and short deadlines.

I recognize that knowledge is one of the greatest gifts you can give another. I don't believe in gate keeping... Progress is a team sport!

Now I know that I went through the burnout of piecing together how to create high quality 360° videos... so that YOU don't have to!

Everyone has unique ways they learn best, and the current 'factory model' of education, although it may have strengths, lacks in its ability to give the modern learner a dynamic learning experience.

A 360° video creates an opportunity for learners to engage more of their senses in the learning process, immersing them in the lesson.

Currently, I help educators and professionals learn a straight-forward process to create high quality content for their learners. Learn how you can keep up with, and even exceed the innovation happening in the ever-evolving landscape of education.

I took the power into my own hands, and now I want to help empower professors, instructional designers and those in business who see the value of properly training their employees and students, to do the same!

There's people out there who have GOOD intentions about how to use the new and exciting technology available in this age. And if you're one of them... you're in the right place!
